Share what you've built — workspaces, templates, workflows

This is the place to show what you’ve built with Totem.

No bar to entry — a quick screenshot of your workspace is as welcome as a detailed writeup of your entire team’s system. If it might be useful or interesting to someone else, post it.

Ideas for what to share

Workspace screenshots
Show your Space structure, a collection layout you’re proud of, a sprint board mid-flight. It helps other people see what’s possible and gets them thinking about their own setup differently.

Templates
If you’ve built a document template — a meeting notes format, a project brief, a quarterly review structure — share the raw content or a screenshot. We’ll eventually build a community template library and this is where it starts.

Tag systems
Tag hierarchies are one of those things that look simple until you’re three months in and they’ve become a mess. If you’ve landed on a system that works, share it. Nested tags, flat tags, how you handle cross-Space tagging — all fair game.

Workflows you’ve automated or streamlined
If you’ve found a clever way to use Totem that saves your team real time, describe it. Even if it’s obvious to you, it probably isn’t obvious to everyone.

Before and after
What did your workflow or tool stack look like before Totem? What does it look like now? These are some of the most useful posts for people who are still evaluating.

A note on featuring your work

We share standout posts from Show & Tell in our newsletter and on our social channels. We’ll always ask before featuring your work — but if you’re open to it, mention it in your post.
